Best Vacation Ever
"The tour was probably our best vacation ever. Kathie has conducted over 300 tours over a couple of decades and has a great love and understanding of Russian history, people, and culture and speaks Russian fluently. We experienced not only the usual sights but because of her contacts and experience, we were able to get off the beaten path. Just one example was the night we visited and had dinner with a Russian family in their home.
Kathie takes care of everything in preparation including the Russian visa. The hotels were basic but each meal was a dining experience in lovely and unusual restaurants frequently with folk groups or concerts.
